Check your email
Just minutes after placing your Templett order with TidyLadyPrintables, you'll be sent an email (from Templett.com) with an access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to the order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password for your account.
Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the access link email. Generally, the email is sent within just a few minutes though.

What if you don't have access to that email address?
If you don't have access to the email address associated with the order, we have an alternate method to gain access to your purchased templates.
Your Templett account
Why do you need an account with Templett?
An account is needed so you can save your work and come back to your templates later.
A customer account is only created when an order is created. Please do not try to create an account by signing up as a seller. This will not get you a customer account and you will not be able to access your templates this way.
The access link is for the first time use for the initial setup of your Templett account.
Anytime you want to access your file moving forward you just need to go to www.templett.com and enter in your username & password you setup for the account. There is also a password reset option if needed.
